Chris Moyles reveals contraband he made girlfriend bring as he toasts I’m A Celeb exit

I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star Chris Moyles has toasted his exit from the jungle — with a cup of Yorkshire Tea.

The Radio DJ, who was the sixth star eliminated from the show last night, told how his partner Tiffany Austin brought teabags into the jungle so he could have a brew within minutes of leaving camp.

Speaking for the first time since leaving the show, Chris, 48, said: "I'm gonna call my mum and dad but I've suddenly realised it's very late (in the UK), so I better do it quickly otherwise they will be in bed.

"Unbelievably I am not very hungry so I don't know the first thing I will eat but the first thing I'm gonna drink is a cup of Yorkshire tea. My girlfriend Tiff brought Yorkshire Tea teabags."

Moyles then held up his cup of tea to the cameras in a post on Twitter. He added he would be taking a shower and was looking forward to catching up with everyone.

Chris continued: "My jungle experience was crazy. I would love Jill to be queen of the jungle, if it is king of the jungle then Owen."

Chris is expected to spend his first evening having dinner with Boy George on Australia's Gold Coast.

When George, 61, was evicted earlier this week he said: "The first person I'm going to go to dinner with is Chris Moyles, because he's my mate."

The pair know each other through Chris' long-term girlfriend Tiffany, who has been the Karma Chameleon singer's day-to-day manager since June 2018.

One person George hasn’t been getting on with since leaving the show is Lorraine Kelly, after she spoke negatively about his attitude in the jungle following reports he threw a “tantrum”.

According to The Sun, George “stormed into production” after Sue Cleaver was driven in a golf buggy back to camp “under special conditions”, and the singer was forced to walk back after a Bushtucker trial.

Speaking on the said tantrum, Lorraine, 62, said on her show: “Does he even watch this show? You don't get golf buggies George! For goodness sake, the cameras are everywhere. There is absolutely no hiding place.

"I think the thing with George is not that many people tell him no. I'm very fond of him but there's that as well!"

George responded to the presenter on Twitter: “Yes my darling Lorraine I bet you walk everywhere and do your own make-up? Lol!"
