Identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque got engaged to their shared boyfriend Ben Byrne during a romantic picnic in the park.
The 35-year-old siblings, dubbed as "world's closest sisters", are inseparable in their daily lives so much that they take shower together and even sleep with their partner together on one huge bed.
Appearing on TLC's Extreme Sisters, the 37-year-old electrician took the DeCinque sisters to a park where they sat below a tree in a candlelit setting.
When the moment was right, he retrieved two little jewellery boxes and told Ann and Lucy: "So I got you a little something."
"So Anna, you mean the world to me and I want to show you that I'm committed to you.
He then turned to Lucy and said: "And Lucy, you mean the world to me and I want to show you that I'm committed to you as well."
Ben continued: "I want to spend the rest of my life with you. And I love you. I love you both."
Both Ann and Lucy looked completely blown away by the surprise proposal, they said in unison: "We love you too."
The engagement ring was specially designed to symbolise the three of them in the relationship.
They added: "We are the luckiest twins in the world. Like we share a man that totally loves us for who we are.
"Ben is our hero, he is our Prince Charming."

The trio were aware that their dream wedding would be tricky as Australia doesn't allow three people to get married.
"I know that we can't legally get married here," Ben admitted.
"This is the best I can do."
Ann and Lucy did not give up and suggested they could get married in other countries instead.
They said: "I think we can get married in Malaysia, Indonesia or other parts of America.
"We know there's places to get married for the three of us and we'll make it happen.
"We won't stop until the three of us can get married together.
"We've already Googled it."
In the future, the sisters want their partner Ben to get them pregnant at the same time.
